Return & Cancellation

You are eligible to return any item within a generous period of 14 days from the date of receipt. To ensure a successful return, it is imperative that all merchandise is returned in its original, pristine condition. In the event that the returned items do not meet this criterion upon inspection, we reserve the right to return them to you at your expense. Refunds will be issued solely for the product costs; any expenses related to shipping (both outgoing and incoming), customs fees, taxes, and similar charges will not be included in the refund amount.

It is the customer's responsibility to safeguard against any damage or loss that may occur during the return shipping process. Hence, we strongly advise ensuring secure and protective packaging for the return shipment.

Upon receiving your returned order in its original condition, we will promptly process the refund for the merchandise portion only. Please note that custom orders, special orders, and wholesale orders are considered non-refundable.
